Secure Supply Chain

Mission Enablement

Technical Due Diligence

Dark Wolf’s Technical Due Diligence (TDD) approach provides an unbiased evaluation of a product’s technical condition, code quality, and decision-making logic. It provides a 4-factor assessment of the technical, business, security, and operational health of the product and provides a database of products with known strengths and known vulnerabilities. It helps decision makers assess an asset’s risk, and identify any vulnerabilities that may exist. TDD helps identify any shortcomings in a piece of software’s code, inefficiencies, and potential cyber security issues that could arise and pose a risk to the client implementing the solution thereby providing an early indication of the suitability of the code for deployment in a mission system. We use this approach to evaluate and eventually procure $100s of millions of dollars of equipment and software for national security customers and the DAF.

End to End Supply Chain Operations

The supply chain lifecycle encompasses all activities involved in sourcing and delivering both hardware and software, from initial architecture review to final receipt, installation, maintenance, and eventual retirement. By reviewing and optimizing this lifecycle, organizations can identify inefficiencies and vulnerabilities, reduce delivery times, build alternate sources, deliver via secure channels, and find quality vendors to avoid risks such as counterfeit products. Dark Wolf focuses on optimizing each stage of the supply chain lifecycle so our customers can enhance system security, achieve significant cost savings, improve efficiency, and ensure timely delivery of essential goods and services. Further, we use our Technical Due Diligence approach to evaluate product security prior to acquisition and maintain a database of trusted products. Finally, we use tools like our own DARK MASS to be able to provide a visual catalog of vetted products for system designers, implementers, and procurement specialists.

Secure Procurement

Dark Wolf offers bespoke acquisition and warehousing support at scale that prioritizes security and operational continuity. We employ a robust secure procurement framework including rigorously vetted vendors, multi-source procurement, and tamper-evident tagging to protect your interests. Our innovative use of cybersecurity measures and non-attributable channels safeguards sourcing. Across our network, we build in redundancy, variation, and validation to foster resilient and trustworthy supply chains.
